影響當量電導的因素:

Basically, only two factors are directly affecting the conductivity, namely the concentration and the mobility of the carriers. However, Temperature affects the mobility, carrier density also affects the mobility.
If you are looking at the room temperature and average carrier concentration, then you can ignore these two effects.
